Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received today at your establishment. The staff member I interacted with was not only rude but also blatantly racist to me when I requested ketchup for my pizza.

Upon requesting ketchup with my pizza, the staff member blatantly refused to serve me stating that ketchup is not good with pizza. I believe this was none of his business and it is entirely up to the client how they want to eat their food, particularly condiments like ketchup.

His behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory. It made me feel very disrespected and unwelcome.

I hope you take my complaint very seriously and take necessary steps to address this issue so that no one else has to suffer such unpleasant experiences. I would like to receive a prompt response from you about the steps you plan to take to prevent similar occurrences in the future because I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their race, religion, or...

I don't usually write Google reviews but I feel compelled to share this with others. A waiter at this bar/restaurant made an offensive, homophobic joke to the group on the table sat next to my husband and I in a bid to get them to have another drink, the group laughed it off but quickly left. When we finished our drinks the waiter said he hoped everything was okay. I told him the joke I had overheard was offensive, he said "it was just a joke" and when I left he said "have a good evening, darling". He didn't care and didn't apologise. There are 3 cafes on the square in Ravello, if you choose to enjoy a drink here, please choose one of those bars over this one, they are rude and disrespectful. Would have had a very nice review for this establishment, other than one incident. Ordered 4 of the same local beer. One came in that was a total different color and taste horrible. Very nicely asked to have it replaced with a different of same product. Came back and told us (after taking beer back) that we still had to pay for the bad product…… we understand the server just being the messenger it was horribly dealt with. Left after drinks and went to different location due to situation. After such a poorly dealt situation we decided to take food togo. And no take away containers so paid for drinks and a meal that weren’t consumed. Again service was fabulous wonderful ladies. Just poorly dealt with mangment...
