Fresco — Restaurant in Ravenna

Perfect example for being friendy to your guests. NOT At All.

We wanted to stop by for drinking a cocktail. We tried to park our bikes aside of one table of Fresco.

After moving a chair to place the bike behind the table, the bartender were screaming at us very rude: I need the table. I said that's alright we want to stay and sit down at this table. But he answered that it's not possible to sit there because the table was for 4 people.

Unfortunately we were only two people.

I would like to mention that I understand rules and for rush hour times a bartender needs taking care of the number of chairs and tables.

But in this case there were no customers. Almost every table and chair were empty.

Beautiful bar in a beautiful spot...

Such a shame that the bar personal seems to be interested in everything except creating a decent experience for their guests. It took 20 minutes and a table change before we could order a drink. The bill needed to be paid immediately and we didnt get the feeling we were very welcome. On top of that i got a beer that was filled for 80% (being generous about how full it actually was)

At least the cocktail was good. Thats the only good thing i can say about this bar i guess.

If u ever find yourself in Ravenna, avoid this bar. Or maybe join the staff. You couldnt be worse than whats walking...

Happened to pass this place by accident, very large establishment. The inside has a tropical theme but we sat outside, I ordered the prawns as a main and the portion was very large for a very reasonable price and they were beautifully cooked and very large too. I also ordered hummus as a starter which was ok, my husband ordered a burger which he didn't think much of. My husband asked the waitress for a fresh juice and she said they had some but brought him half a glass of carton peach juice.

I guess some things are a hit and miss but overall I can see they have some good standards with...
