Serafina — Restaurant in Ravenna

I had an extremely unpleasant experience😡at this restaurant today with my family. The girl at the payment counter was not only extremely rude 😠but also displayed racist behavior. From the moment we arrived, she treated us very poorly, insisting that the tables were reserved despite no such indication. Eventually, she seated us in a corner.

When we sat down and proceeded to choose our food and make the payment, her negative and angry attitude continued. I told her we were not there to endure her racist remarks and attitude. However, since we had already paid for the food, we had no other option but to stay.Hate the experience there, very disappointing 👎👎

Managed to get an extra table outside for us, respect. Very tasty pizza, I liked mine Mediterranean with extra sour dough. It's soaked with delicious sauce. If you don't like pizza that's thin and wet (I do), try a different one. The kids pizza (Woody), for example was more stable, hehe.

The restaurant was full outside, but I wouldn't say we waited a lot, considering all the people before us.

2 EUR per person for table coverage was not expected though, but probably that's more fancy restaurant thing in Italy)

My partner and I found the place very nice . We have had a bottle of tasty white wine ( recommended by a lovely lady with curly dark hair) and two pizzas. Everything was very tasty, nice location, tables have small lamps so you can see your food and other guests sitting with you. Service was on high level, we have been offered help with menu in case we couldn't understand Italian language.
