Sedici Bruncheria — Restaurant in Ravenna

Just had the best pancake of my life here at this restaurant, it was presented as beautiful as artwork. I stared at it like it was the Mona Lisa of brunch—half expecting it to wink back at me. I almost didn’t eat it… ALMOST. But let’s be honest, I did. And I would again. And again. And again.

Fluffy, chewy, light—like biting into a cloud that went to culinary school. The yogurt, the fruit, the pistachio cream? Literal harmony. Sour met sweet, they fell in love, and I got to eat their delicious baby.

I will dream of this pancake until the day fate brings me back to this pancake temple in Ravenna.

Oh, and the avocado toast? With salmon? Chef’s kiss. Fresh, vibrant, and plated so beautifully I felt like I should applaud before digging in.

The vibe? Immaculate. As soon as I turned down the adorable little road, I knew I was about to have a spiritual experience. The attention to detail was off the charts. Honestly, if this place were a person, I’d write it love letters and maybe propose.

The "Sedici" is a very nice place to take a break or to start your day. If you like healthy food (breakfast) you'll find here the right address. You like porridge - no difficulity, you like it with more protein, take the extra peanut butter into it - it is delicious! You like savoury, taste the different toast creations like "club sandwich" with tumeric bread or a toast with ham and cheese! You like yoghurt - take the bowl (either small or normal)! You like coffee - taste the different specialties or you take a matcha latte which I can recommend as well!

You enjoy in nice presented food and beverages on the plate - you are at the right place! You enjoy to see people who like their job and business and who feel this is a calling? Go there and enjoy. We enjoyed our holiday breakfast in the Sedici. When we return to Ravenna, we will visit you again. Thank you for your hospitality and for the very good food.
