Bollicine Wine Bar — Restaurant in Ravenna

Great location, but THE most rudest woman, thin, black hair, thin angry lips, ugly in her discontent, the worst service that we have ever encountered in Italy or anywhere. Nasty, stressed, short to customers, rude even just because we dared to ask for a menu after 15 minutes of zero service, explaining when challenged why she is that way "because I am alone". Incidentally, she wasn't, there was another woman on the bar and serving, and there was only very few tables occupied, and the bar itself was empty. No apology was offered when Miss Nasty's rudeness was called out. Including her explaining the difference between the taste of the two prosecco- "one is €8 and one is €5", we kid you not, with the worst attitude. It's not our problem you are understaffed, can still be nice to other humans. Then she went on about how we were there yesterday, whatever that supposed to mean (we weren't, first time here, ever), first and last time. Awful service spoils what otherwise is lovely located place. Aperitivo type platter, yukky, stale and rather...

We wanted to have breakfast here, but the “waitress” was so unfriendly and cold that the end we didn’t even order, we just drank something. She ignored us in all ways, it’s very rude, mainly in a tourist city like Ravenna. She didn’t speak a word of English, it’s ok, but stills she should have been friendlier...she didn’t even said goodbye, I have never experienced such a rudeness......

Awful - just awful. Rude, inefficient, slow staff and very indifferent food that bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures in the menu. Measly, small portions and Grana Padano cheese in plastic packets! In Italy! They should be ashamed of themselves. Overpriced for the quality and portion size.
