From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile by Mateo, whose positive and friendly attitude set the perfect tone for the evening. His hospitality made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first time! Now, let’s talk about the food—wow. The Caprese burrata salad was an absolute standout: creamy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. It tasted like summer on a plate. The mista salad was crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced—simple, but done right. And the focaccia bread? Perfectly baked, with that authentic Ligurian texture and taste. We couldn’t stop dipping it in olive oil between sips of our drinks. Speaking of drinks, their cold IPA beer was exactly what we needed—refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with the meal. The drink menu is clearly crafted with care, just like everything else at Rebus. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a long, relaxed evening out, Rebus hits the mark. Delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding service from Mateo. Can’t wait to return! 10/10 – Highly recommend!

We went here for drinks and were directed to a table very friendly. Then we saw the chairs which were in a very bad shape and the table hasn't been cleaned. Anyway, we ordered our drinks, which were pretty good, but they touched the straw on top when putting it in the glass. But the most negative thing was the lady serving the drinks, she was very unfriendly. She put the drinks on the table and poured some of it on the table and on our phone. Neither did she apologize, nor cleaned the mess. 5min later she came back to our table with two drinks and asked weirdly if we ordered an other round which we didn't. All in all we would not go back there, especially this one waitress was unfriendly and unwelcoming the way she served the drinks to all of her guests, she also mixed up many orders. But at least the other waitresses and the barkeepers were friendly.

The place to be! Brilliant atmosphere by the seaside, sipping great cocktails and enjoying good aperitif food, inspired by the excellent closed restaurant 'Locanda da Toto' (also, highly recommended!). I have been there in the evening with the aperitif-formula, but I understand that they also serve lunch menu during noon time. Chill and quiet place, despite being in a very central area; staff is lovely and do not hesitate to ask in case of any special request, they will take care of you promptly. Make sure to go there 30 minutes prior to the sun set: you will be lucky enough to have a memorable experience and breathtaking view over the Genoa Marina, eye witnessing the sun kisses the sea, while sipping your fav drink.

Shocking, unacceptable and horribe experience!!!!

Wife and l are residents of Porto Antico Marina. We are living here and often hosting many of our guests, friends and business partners from whom are all of them and us as well are very well familiar with standards of hospitality industry and we had intention to take them there.

After this experience we would not recommend this bar to anyone!!!!

Such a shame that such a beautifully located place have such a unprofessional and rude personal. Real shame and disgrace specialy becouse ltaly and Genoa are known by great hospitality.

Today afternoon, around 3.30 we were verbaly assolted and attacked buy 2 young blond girls (one with pigment ishue on a face and other blond girl "working"at the same time with her) both standing behind bar on their phones, looking thoward us and loudly laughing and talkig to each other. Third dark skin and dark hair Lady was polite and had her lunch break...wich is perfectly fine but other two refuse to greet us on a way in. After 10 min waiting l have went to the bar and try to order couple of cocktails but being roudly told that to go back to place and wait, even was just a couple already seating down served tables. After 15 min more we were trying to wave to get their atantion and being roudly waved back and yelled that we are seating on a wrong place????!!!

Obviously, we have decided to walk out and we heard realy bad italian curses wich we understand since we both speaking italian also insoults on quite good english...calling us idiots and ect.

All happend in front of all other guests and after we said that we would like to speak with owner they have continue to curse and insolt us so we have just walked out!

For sure would recommend to avoid that place in...

Buone vacanze,...
