Teatro Bistrot — Restaurant in Rimini

It was weird experience. It was caused by exhausting evening. There were a lot of costumers and personal had a lot of work, I understand. Pina colada looked bad, foam flat and drink almost clear. Tasted just ok. Food was also not great but ok. Portions really small and experience was nothing big. Worst of all was service. We don't know if waitress forgot about us, because we got food and table setting just after reminding, there were orders mistaken on other tables, but waiter fixed everything and were polite. Also I think that I had to pay on bar as only from customers where I waited several minutes before discussing staff saw me. We randomly found this Restaurant and were really delighted. The location is nice, the food is great, the waiters are really invested and here to help and know English (apparently not a must in Rimini even in 2019). Even though we were 11 people, we've been served really really fast. Maybe it was luck, but it's a huge plus to be able to manage large groups that quickly. The only thing that could be improved is their knowledge of wine. The lady that was taking our orders didn't seem to know much about their wines and thought we wanted a strong (in alcohol) red wine, when we asked for a tannic, powerful wine (with character). I was particularly impressed by the Piadina with salmon and burrata. The service at Teatro Bistro was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. The staff made us feel welcome and ensured our needs were met throughout the meal. One of the highlights of the restaurant is its stunning view of Piazza Cavour.
