From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that it felt less like visiting a restaurant and more like being invited into someone’s home. The service was nothing short of outstanding—attentive, gracious, and intuitively thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. Every member of the staff made us feel so valued and comfortable that we quite literally didn’t want to leave.
Now to the food—where do I begin? The truffle pasta was an absolute revelation. Rich, perfectly balanced, and exquisitely prepared, it was easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Each bite was luxurious yet comforting, a true celebration of simplicity and elegance done right.
And the wine… the sommelier’s recommendations were impeccable. Each glass paired beautifully with our meal, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. It was clear that the staff takes pride not only in their menu, but in creating an experience—and they succeeded brilliantly.
This is more than just a place to eat. It’s a place to savor, to relax, and to celebrate the beauty of Italian cuisine and hospitality. We will absolutely be returning—and...

Unfortunately we felt like the majority of servers were trying to upsell their most expensive dishes then when you didn’t comply they became disinterested in you and the service went from 10/10 “my friend, anything you want” to almost ignoring you. The service seemed to prefer a certain type of clientele, the type who order €60 wine, lots of courses and lean towards the truffle heavy menu.
There was a service charge but despite this the waiter with the colourful beads asked for a tip. We also didn’t get the complimentary candy at the end.
Reply: you are confusing us with other customers. We got no free dessert and we didn’t even use the bathroom. Based on your reply I think it’s obvious why customer service got...
Read moreVicolo is a small, non-touristic, native Restaurant in a small alley in the centre of Rimini (the town, not the beach). We were lucky to grab a table thanks to a no-show, but usually it is recommended to book a table upfront. The service welcomed us warmly in Italian (English is spoken only a little but that makes the experience just more authentic) and showed us the table. With the menu the service brought us already some very tasty black olives and focaccia bread. We both ordered original Italian pasta, Tagliatelle della Nonna (homemade ragout like an Italian grandmother does it) and Tortelline filled with cheese in a cheesy sauce with pears. The dishes were extraordinary tasty. Also the desserts were really yummy. After we paid we got two ice cooled small bottles, one with limoncello and one with an Anis liqueur. We enjoyed the dinner very much and I can only say thank you for that...
