The place is nice and there are many choices. This place has something for everyone. We wanted a vegetarian pizza and so we asked our options. We chose the one thats in the picture but when we got it there were two meat slices on it. So we asked again if it was vegetarian and the server said that it might be of the pizza that was placed with it. She cut off a thin slice to make sure no meat touched our pizza but this was something that I personally did not...

Hmm! My favorite pizza experience in Roma. An amazing crispy crust, and generously topped with fresh ingredients that scream Italy. I loved the one with cicoria & cacio e pepe!!! And that it’s easy to taste different things and share. We tried some classics like pomodori e olive nere which were super well made, couldn’t be happier with the food. It’s also always nice to hang out here because they are super friendly and the place looks amazing....

Locale semplice ma curato, con una proposta che punta chiaramente sulla qualità. Il supplì al ragù mi ha convinta: riso ben cotto, sugo ricco ma equilibrato, e la giusta quantità di mozzarella filante. Ultima ma non per importanza, una panatura da 10 e lode, dorata e croccante... Niente effetti speciali, solo una buona esecuzione e rispetto della tradizione romana. La pizza è molto gustosa, digeribile, e con un'ottima varietà di condimenti. Si sente che dietro c’è ricerca e un'attenta scelta delle materie prime, cosa per me fondamentale. Un grazie anche a Valeria, che mi ha servita con gentilezza e pazienza. Sono una di quelle che ci mette un po’ a scegliere e davanti a quel bancone, come darsi torto?, ma lei è rimasta sorridente e disponibile. Uscendo, ho ceduto alla curiosità e ho preso anche una frittatina alla gricia.
