Trap — Restaurant in Rome

I came here time ago testing the Patanegra that was very good and I come back here again.

The Patanegra was cutted with a machine and the flavour wasn't great as I expected. I suggest to cut the ham Patanegra by hand!.

The focaccia was excellent.. in all its aspects

The "filetto ai tre sali" was very unsatisfied. The cooking was medium instead of raw as requested. The meat wasn't so tender as expected. The Idea of filetto with three kind of salt is very good, but the plate must absolutely be checked and improved.

The pasta ai Triangolini was very good and flavour.

The Wine we tested at glass, Aglianico, was good.

The Service is very good and warm.

The vote 4 is preserved for not considering the Filetto not great as expected. The Restaurant didn't deserve a lower vote also if this specific dinner wasn't great for...

The service was absolutely 0 , i forgot to write about this place . We were more than 20 and i will ask all of them to write a review for this place but they think they can’t make a change . Anyway it was my boyfriend’s graduation and we reserved the place they put another table for another persons in the area we reserved and the waiters they were all rude they were putting pushing the food like we are all animal , and then before we finish they take them away even my drink and my friend before i ask they took them when the drink was half . They payed because it was a celebration and no one wants to destroy it but if it was me i was called the police and not pay for anything for embracing the family in front of the guest in the one of most important celebration . 👎🏻 hateful people and...

mmmmmmmmmm allora, bombette pugliesi a metà, una carbonara, una guanciale e fichi, due calici di rosso e due gin tonic. Bombetta pugliese era sciapa, aveva un sapore forte, non ci è piaciuta. Guanciale e fichi buona, niente di eccelso, guanciale così e così, però dai buona. Carbonara non ci siamo proprio:

1. Guanciale qualità mediocre
2. Uovo un pò strapazzatello
3. Crema chiarissima e densissima, ma densissima.
4. dove è finito il pecorino o il parmigiano me fate capì? Non si sentiva, boh, era pasta uovo e guanciale. Chiamarla carbonara, poi a Roma, no. Due calici di vino arrivati CALDI. Erano caldi, inizialmente imbevibile, non so dove li tengono. Una volta che si è freddato era buono. Gin tonic ottimi con ampia selezione di gin. Ultimo aspetto da menzionare sul cibo e fondamentale è che stamane il mio ragazzo è stato male di pancia.

Quindi al cibo complessivamente 3/5 senza essere cattiva: sufficiente ma non ci tornerei.

Servizio il ragazzo stava da solo, aveva troppa roba da fare e si perdeva le cose:

1. niente pane
2. ci ha portato la carbonara senza guanciale, tant'è che gli abbiamo chiesto "ma sei sicuro?". E' tornato in cucina e ce l'ha aggiunto.
3. dopo l'antipasto abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora per i primi. I primi sono arrivati per nulla coordinati. Prima guanciale e fichi, poi carbonara dopo almeno cinque minuti.

Per i gin tonic sono stati gentili, anche se, apparte la ragazza al bancone, ho trovato il personale estremamente freddo. Che poi anche lei consigli sul gin erano questo è bono, questo pure, quell'altro pure. Insomma, presa bene però mezzo inutile.

Conto economico, aspetto positivo.
