Coffee Time — Restaurant in Rome

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this bar. As a family, we went to order cappuccino when the place was empty. The barista started making our drinks but suddenly stopped midway to take orders from others who arrived later. He prioritized them over us, made their drinks first, and kept us waiting. When we politely asked about our order, the barista reacted rudely. His attitude was shockingly unprofessional-he even threw a glass of cappuccino, breaking it right there. Instead of treating customers with respect, he made us feel completely unwelcome. We paid for our order and left without saying anything, but this behavior is unacceptable. Lounge-Bar davvero accogliente, ottimo il caffè e squisiti i cornetti, soprattutto le campane, consigliate le paste e tutte le crostate. Adatto per aperitivi e brunch durante tutto il giorno. Locale di dimensioni ridotte ma accogliente, con tavoli dentro e fuori all'ombra; fresco d'estate e caldo d'inverno. Personale fantastico e preparato, clientela varia.
