I had a great experience at Fradiavolo! The atmosphere was modern and welcoming relaxed without being noisy, and the space had a clean, stylish feel that made it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I ordered a classic Marinara, and it was perfectly done: light, airy crust with just the right char, a rich tomato base full of flavor, fresh basil, and a touch of oregano. You can really taste the quality ingredients and the care put into preparation. The service was also a highlight. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick, even though I don't speak Italian well. Good doughs, poor quality of toppings.

I suggest this place if you never tried any Neapolitan pizza before and are OK with a decent one but it's definitely not the best pizza you can find in Rome.

BUFALINA was just a scam. I know what mozzarella di bufala is and the one they serve has no taste nor consistency of mozzarella di bufala at all.

TUTTO NELLA NORMA was quite bland. Aubergines had to be fried but were mostly dried and smoked ricotta was like vanished among all the rest.

Siamo venuti in questa pizzeria a Roma dopo averla vista sui social media, ed essendo ormai diventati "assaggiatori seriali" di pizzerie su Roma non abbiamo resistito. Allora, il locale si presenta molto bene, con un arredamento singolare e particolare, è studiato abbastanza bene e da un senso di inesplorato, quasi di "fiabesco", hanno catturato la mia attenzione la miriade di libri incollati sulle pareti. Tutto molto curioso, a parte il "muro di casse" che per me stonava col resto. Il servizio è stato ineccepibile su molti fronti: Velocità, gentilezza, rapidità sia nelle comande che nel servire il cibo. Sono convinto ci sia un'ottima organizzazione dietro, ciò che manca in tanti locali che ti fanno aspettare ore e poi usano la scusa "eh ma è sabato". Per quanto riguarda il cibo, i fritti sono fatti molto bene, curati nel gusto e nel dettaglio, le polpettine fritte sono spaziali! Le pizze sono curatissime in tutto e per tutto, dall'impasto, agli ingredienti, all'aspetto, agli odori fino al gusto che è deciso e distinto. Infine abbiamo provato anche i dolci che venivano da un mastro pasticcere delle zone di Amalfi, è stata la botta finale, devastante, la fine del mondo. Unica nota negativa.. È stato il conto, per me pagare 72 euro in una pizzeria, per due persone è stato veramente eccessivo. Certo qualche frittino, pizza, dolci e caffe, ma mai in vita mia ho pagato in una pizzeria per due persone, per questa roba, sopra i 60 euro. Certo lo consiglierei a molte persone per la qualità e tutte le altre cose elencate prima, ma appunto bisogna anche essere un attimo più contenuti nei prezzi, senza esagerare ne in un modo...
