Read moreBlew my mind. I've tried gelato del teatro and terra here but Roman ones just didn't cut it so far. Until this
First of all the service is absolutely great, not only do they let you try as many as you like, but they even recommend flavours and give you spoonfuls of samples.
Unfortunately I can't rmb everything I tried cos they let me try so many, but the fior di latte was great and very textbook. The straciatella was the same base with very good dark chocolate chips. You can taste the quality of the chocolate thru the ice cream base.
