il Curvone — Restaurant in Rome

As a customer since many years I have to presume that some changes accured....either on the ownership or the management....we have been literally kick out by the waitress at 19.55...official closing time 20.30...al 19.50 the waitress, nasty, rude, frustrated, came to us requesting to transfer our drink into a plastic glass because she had to run the last washing glass machine....I kindly notified the waitress that according the post signed on the door, closing time was 20.30 we still had 35 minutes....at my wife complaint of the arrogance and rudeness on the waitress manners, she reacted histerically, brutally....screaming and yelling saying that she was there since the morning and my wife should be ashamed on herself since all this was happening in front of our Doughter.....other that that the waitress mistaked our order a couple of time before we were able to have it correct. No choises for red or white wine by the glass, poor quality and presentation for the campari spritz (no slice of lemon or orange as it should be...), All this happening without a presence or a word from a supervisor...Definitely a place to put a cross on. A bunch of people that doesn't deserve...

Dishonest and poor customer service! I’ve just had the worst experience ever!!! I ordered a cosmopolitan cocktail that tasted like dishwashing liquid. After I informed the staff right away that the drink tasted like pure lime water and seemed to lack the key ingredients, I was served another drink (which tasted fine) and told that I had to pay for it! The server refused to taste my first drink or consider my issue when I protested. I did pay for the second drink and I asked him to speak to the manager, in an attempt to share my poor experience. I was told that he was not on the premises. When I tried to contact the manager on the advertised phone number, I was told that I had the wrong number! Clearly there is a lack of respect for...

I WAS a loyal customer of this bar. Something has changed. The coffee is NOT served with a SMILE anymore, the drinks for appetizers contain more ice than the actual drink, the service has become the worst in the area. I don’t pretend to receive a high-level service from an ordinary bar on the beach, but as a loyal customer, that was used to come here for breakfasts, lunches and appetizers during years, I can clearly see the drastic change of the last few weeks.
