I stopped by LeF Café at Maximo Shopping Center for a quick espresso, and while I didn’t try anything else, the experience was pleasant.

The espresso itself was well-prepared – rich, bold, and smooth, with a perfect crema on top. It was clear they use quality beans and take care in their brewing process. The temperature and portion size were just right for a traditional espresso shot.

The ambiance of the café is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to unwind or catch up on work. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was served quickly even though the café seemed moderately busy.

While I didn’t sample other items on the menu, the selection of pastries and other drinks looked appealing. I’d be happy to return to explore more of what they offer.

Metto zero stelle perché è davvero quello che si merita questo posto, ma soprattutto servizio, modalità di servizio prezzo e mancanza di professionalità del cameriere. Domenica 5 novembre 2023 verso le 19 ci siamo seduti al tavolo perché sono incinta e volevo riposarmi, eravamo in 4 persone, arriva il cameriere che inizia a fare battutine senza senso…SENZA menù e NON avvisandoci della presenza del QRcode (non visibile) per vedere prezzi e menù. Ci dice che non possiamo prendere caffè e roba di caffetteria al tavolo ma SOLO aperitivo e cose alcoliche (io incinta al 7 mese). DOPO NEANCHE 30 SECONDI dopo la nostra “ordinazione” INTORNO A NOI AVEVANO fatto ordinare CAFFÈ AL TAVOLO! Quindi io (INCINTA) ho dovuto per forza ordinare un crodino analcolico che neanche mi andava, abbiamo chiesto l’acqua e non l’hanno portata. Ci porta invece due stuzzichini in croce dell’anteguerra e a me neanche voleva portare cose che potevo mangiare e “per accontentarmi” (come se me li regalasse) sempre con battute imbecilli mi porta 4 patatine e 2 taralli rinsecchiti IN RITARDO rispetto agli altri stuzzichini che non potevo mangiare (perché crudi cioè : 4 stick di carote e cetrioli e due olive)facendomi aspettare. SERVIZIO PESSIMO di questo cameriere E’ dire poco!!! Al pagamento se ne escono per la modica cifra di 30 E PASSA EURO! per cose che ci hanno fatto prendere per forza (30 e passa euro solo per 1 crodino e 3 aperol costretti a prendere per sederci) senza acqua (e non intendo i bicchieri che danno al bar con il caffè gratis, ma la bottiglietta ordinata che avrei pagato e mai portata!!!), io visibilmente incinta servita malissimo con battute stupide di questo cameriere (un ragazzo) senza sapere prima i prezzi neanche fossimo turisti a piazza di Spagna!!! Esperienza TERRIBILE, il PEGGIOR TRATTAMENTO che abbia mai immaginato, e sono stato anche aggredito verbalmente. Otro s ono arrivato alle 21:15, ho chiesto gentilmente un caffè e si sono rifiutati di darmelo. Mi hanno detto che la macchinetta era spenta e che il locale era già chiuso. È UNA BUGIA! Il locale chiude alle 22:00. Ho detto che avrei sporto reclamo, ma il dipendente mi ha seguito urlandomi contro. Questo tipo di gente non dovrebbe lavorare lì.

TERRIBLE experience, the WORST TREATMENT I ever imagined, and I was also verbally assaulted. Today I arrived at 9:15 p.m., politely asked for a coffee, and they refused to give it to me.
