McDonald's — Restaurant in Rome

This McDonald's has a lot working against it however it is a workhorse and consistently delivers a fair service. The location is almost like an armpit and is next to a major open air used clothing and vintage market. There is a bridge nearby and a lot of foot and car traffic intersects thereby.

I felt like for a McDonald's in Rome this was one of the worst ones, however there are always people in it and it remains a popular break from the Italian cuisine one finds all about the Trastevere neighborhood.

The bathrooms are in disrepair, and the front-of-house feels vaguely unsanitary.

A workhorse, but nothing more than a retreat from the samey-samey Italian fare littering the Roman...

Very bad experience. VERY RUDE employee!!Just happened this morning. Me and my husband are about to order on kiosk. Knowing Mc, they always have promotions on their app. This emplyoee (a woman with a short hair) suddenly kept on shouting at my husband saying he can't order the promotion on the app 'coz the scanner can't be used🤷🏻‍♀️ she kept on bugging my husband that he can't order. The kiosk has a manual feature if the scanner can't be used right????? So why the rude manner and humiliating me and my husband infront of everyone??? This woman acts superior on her clients and shouts at her clients which is not a good sign. Please train your employees how to treat you clients and...

Questo Mc Donalds è stato una piacevole sorpresa, ho festeggiato qui il compleanno di mia figlia, e nonostante i timori iniziali ho dovuto ricredermi, il personale è stato gentilissimo, preparato , cortese ed efficiente, la festa si è svolta senza nessun intoppo, nonostante fossero venti bambini, l'animazione è stata preparata e pronta, lasciando anche libero sfogo a chi voleva fare giochi diversi. Il tutto ha avuto un costo onesto, visto che per feste del genere si sentono prezzi da rapina. La direttrice S....A presente quella mattina di sabato è stata di una cortesia unica, e così pure la sua collega C...A, le ringrazio entrambe. A chi si lamenta del parcheggio auto segnalo che è un locale quasi al centro di Roma, dove ci sta a stento posto per parcheggiare una vettura figuriamoci venti vetture di persone che alle 13 vogliono tutti sedersi e mangiare, per queste persone ci sono i Mc Donalds sbattuti fuori dal raccordo anulare, così mangiate comodamente seduti, persino nella vostra auto, non sia mai che potreste riscoprire il piacere di camminare con le vostre gambe e vivere più lentamente il vostro quartiere.

Unico appunto che mi sento di fare, ma che non inficia la qualità del locale è che il pavimento esterno se bagnato è davvero molto scivoloso e pericoloso, piuttosto che rifare la pavimentazione in toto si potrebbe pensare a dei gommini aderenti , o adesivi antiscivolo come quelli presenti nel Centro Commerciale Aura di Valle Aurelia sulle griglie esterne.

Consiglio questo Mc Donalds a chi si trova nella mia situazione, circa la qualità del cibo è quella del Mc Donalds, chi ci va a mangiare la conosce non ci sta da dire altro, nel...
