Pizza in Piazza — Restaurant in Rome

Great pizza, reasonably priced. Next time I will come for the meat pizza instead. Seems like a very well known restaurant in the community.

I’ve now been here 4 times, this place is great, so many great pizza slices and you have to try them all, we only tried 5 different pizza slices 😅, but all of them were amazing as were the staff. I tried my best to converse in Italian, but they all picked up in 30seconds that I was British and changed to English for our sake. It was summer 2010, me and my wife (girlfriend at the time) were exhausted, starving and looking for somewhere we could eat. Positively surprising we found this place and we ordered a few different pizza slices to eat near the beach, they were all good in flavour, texture, smell.... You name it!...

Vado alla pizzeria "Pizza in Piazza" ormai da più di 17 anni e devo dire che ogni volta rimango piacevolmente sorpreso. Apprezzo molto la qualità e la varietà delle loro pizze e dei loro fritti, tutto eccellente! La pizza è buonissima, croccante fuori e morbida dentro, con una vasta scelta di ripieni differenti. Ovviamente ci sono anche pizze classiche ma in minore quantità. Il locale è piccolo, con soli 2 tavoli interni e pochissimi esterni, tuttavia l'atmosfera è accogliente e familiare. I prezzi sono medio-alti, ma sono in linea con la qualità delle pizze offerte. Il personale è gentile e rapido nel servizio. Nel weekend è sempre pieno di gente. Meglio ordinare telefonicamente.
