This place is not friendly, I took my family of 6 inside to order, seeing they had different kinds of flavors not seen or tasted in other locations throughout Europe. I first, asked to try two samples before ordering. Before asking for the second, I was rudely told by the manager that they were not going to give any more samples to our family and did it in such a disgusted manner. We were shocked so much by their attitude we are writing this review. If our kids we’re dying for ice cream we would have walked. We were probably their biggest customer group of the day spending the most amount of money and asking for two samples set them off. We ate gelato everyday in many cities for 22 days in Europe. Not only did every gelato store offer happily samples, they recommended it, and offered this one and that one insuring everyone gets what they like. Not this location, pick, pay and get out is...

I have been incredibly impressed by this ice cream parlour. Having various dietary requirements, I had given up the idea of being able to enjoy ice cream as I once did, but this place allowed me to enjoy all my favourite flavours gluten free and dairy free!!! The ice cream is of a very high level... we have great ice cream lovers in the family who can be tough to impress, and all were extremely satisfied, so much so that we returned everyday for the duration of our holiday! Also, importanti to note, they have incredible attention for those with allergies, making sure there is no Possible contact, washing hands, using different ice cream spoons but not forfeiting on flavour... they also have vegan whipped cream to go on top!! Gelateria davvero fornita vegan friendly! Mai visti così tanti gusti vegani! Anche la bontà è ad alti livelli e gusti non troppo zuccherati. Il costo per una coppetta piccola di 3 euro un po' più alto rispetto ai concorrenti ma giustificato dalla qualità. Però... Ho messo 2 stelle perchè la coppetta non viene riempita del tutto. Usano la tecnica di mettere il gelato solo sui bordi interni della coppetta facendolo uscire da sopra ma lasciando il centro vuoto. Con questa tecnica riescono a risparmiare molto facendoti credere visivamente che la coppetta sia piena ma poi quando la mangi ti rendi conto che il gelato è poco perchè implode su se stesso. Quindi non solo taccagni ma ti prendono anche in giro con giochetti strani per risparmiare gelato e venderlo a prezzi ancora più alti. Sono abituato a ben altro. A Roma, sulla Tuscolana per 2 euro e 50 hai comunque un sacco di scelte vegane, gelato buonissimo, ma la coppetta piccola davvero te la riempiono a dovere, attraggono i clienti con la sincerità e la generosità e il cliente non si sente preso per i fondelli. A giudicare dalle recensioni non sono il solo che ha notato questa cosa ed è rimasto deluso. La differenza tra coppetta piccola e coppetta media non è solo la dimensione della coppetta ma anche il fatto di poter chiedere 3 gusti invece di 2. Nella grande 4 gusti etc... Però bisogna essere generosi e riempirle queste coppette, non fare finta... Mah... Non ci tornerò più e fate attenzione alle...
