Simply the best, I worked in 5* hospitality for over 10 years but tonight I was served a dinner straight from the top. The homemade pasta was perfect. We had 3 different types 1. Ravioli with Pumpkin & haselnut 2. Ravioli with pecorino and pepper 3. Tortelini with Parmasancream. It was an absolute dream. We visited this restaurant for dinner, attracted by the offer of homemade pasta, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Tucked a bit off the main street, do not let the location deter you. La Gnoccharia in Lido Di Ostia is a gem! The food is absolutely divine - so much so that we dined there twice during our brief 3-night stay. To top it off, their staff's attentiveness is second to none; they remembered us and even recalled where we were from (Canada) on our second visit. I cannot recommend this place enough.
