Pizzeria Ristorante Novecento — Restaurant in Rome

This restaurant is not a touristic one. It serves to local residents best pizza and home made pasta. We were lucky to find it. The pizza was not the one you can find anywhere in the world. It was not comparable to the ones in the city center. I will not be surprised if it is in some gourme lists. Shop owner and waiters are all very kind. The cold water they serve with food is in jug and doesnt increase the cost. Giorni fa ero a Roma e degli amici che ho rivisto con molto piacere mi hanno portato a cena presso il suddetto ristorante, premesso che c’ero già stato tempo fa e avevo mangiato una pizza cotta nel forno a legna davvero squisita, molto molto molto buona! Questa volta ho voluto fiondarmi in un antipastino di classici fritti misti come il baccalà, il fiore di zucca e della polpette/supplì con riso provola e tartufo ( forse c era un altro ingrediente che non ricordo) e devo dire che questo supplì a mo’ di polpetta era molto delizioso a differenza dei classici fritti!! Superlativa L ‘amatriciana , che spettacolo come se dice a Roma!!! Con quel guanciale croccante e non ‘sciupato’ nel sugo! BRAVI In fine abbiamo preso un dolce , qui viene il bello … chiediamo il Tiramisù Special e ci arriva un vaso per i fiori anzi con un rametto …. Ma niente paura!!! Ragazzi uno spettacolo non fatevi ingannare dalla foto ma appena ci buttate il cucchiaio dentro , al primo morso mmmmmm che bontaaaà! ( la cameriera prima ci ha descritto bene il prodotto, è stata meticolosa nei dettagli e dei componenti e della preparazione!
