Rinomato San Giovanni — Restaurant in Rome

The food here was flawless, and Chef Valerio is not only incredibly talented but also one of the friendliest people you’ll meet. He has a gift for making you fall in love with the food before you even taste it. Everything is prepared right in front of you, including the patties and even the potatoes, all made using his own special recipes.

I tried the Pulled Pork, the Celebre, and the Famoso, and I highly recommend all three. Each was perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and made with creative, high-quality ingredients.

This place is a must-visit in Rome. Thank you, Valerio, for such an amazing experience!

After trying several restaurants over the course of our two week stay in Rome, we decided Rinomato was one of our favorites! Food was AMAZING and the staff was absolutely incredible. Very passionate, helpful, and patient when my limited Italian fell short; he explained the menu for us anytime we needed help. We had the Celebre and vegetarian burger more than once and my boyfriend absolutely LOVED the potato wedges. They were outstanding. We made this our last meal in Rome because we just HAD to have it one last time. If you are in San Giovanni you MUST stop by Rinomato!

Very good burger, you feel each of the ingredients with each bite. This is rare to find in Rome. I have been living here for 3 years and this is so far the best burger in Rome. Hard to describe come and see how the juice of the meat is having a perfect match to their own salsa. The buns paradise. I couldn't wait for the next time so I ordered a second burger.
