Huge Disappointment. i gave a star just because you cant give anything lower than that. The ambiance is good on a summer day it is refreshing inside good location and cold inside. Personel most are good service is okay. The one on the bar dosnt really care if you ate well or not as long as you pay. Long time to wait for a cocktail and longer time to wait for the food. which brings me back to why i gave one star. We ordered 4 things to begin with and 2 drinks. Tempura was good seems frozen but good. the sauce that came with it is amazing worth the money. starting with that i was extremely excited for the food. we ordered sushi with Lobster,crab and salmon. all came in a huge plate mixed up altogether. no lobster was seen. crab is frozen and SALTY as heck salmon was tasteless. im no food critique but i surely wont be coming back here. We expected the food to be expensive given the reputation and the “quality” but what we got was trash. all in all we barely touched the food and left paying €70,00 bill. thats the fastest way to lose money. Premetto che sono una abituale cliente a Borgo pio ma per usufruire dello spazio esterno ieri ho deciso di prenotare a Ponte milvio, aspettandomi lo stesso servizio di sempre. Ci hanno fatti sistemare al tavolo e lasciati lì per più di mezz’ora senza neanche chiederci cosa volessimo intanto da bere. Aspettavo il seggiolone per mio figlio che mi è stato portato dopo varie richieste. Quando finalmente abbiamo ordinato, le pietanze sono arrivate dopo molto tempo e non tutte insieme, costringendoci a mangiare in tempi diversi. Mai nessuno si è degnato di passare anche solo per scusarsi dei tempi. Eravamo totalmente abbandonati. Una cosa inaccettabile!!! Ovviamente al momento del pagamento, nessuno sconto o piccola attenzione è stata applicata. Adoro Temakinhio! Sono di Firenze e per me il ristorante di Piazza Strozzi è una tappa fissa per cene con amici o pranzi di lavoro. Sono spesso a Roma e ho voluto provare il nuovo ristorante di Ponte Milvio.. Che dire, qualità sempre unica ed eccellente.. Il mix di sapori tra sushi e frutta ogni volta mi rapisce, incredibile e di prima qualità, il tutto abbinato con scrupolosa ricerca a drink buonissimi ed in tema. La location poi fa davvero la differenza, nel cuore della movida romana, non poteva essere fatta scelta migliore.
