Xin Du — Restaurant in Rome

Terribile I was here on Sunday 14/03/2021, we were three people and all of us selected for all you can eat service. The food was good and the customer service was good for the first 30-45 minutes, as the customer started increasing and we ordered for the main course, the food didn't arrived for more than 1 hour 30 minutes. I felt really very disrespected as all the italian natives around me were getting their food on time but us foriegners were forced to wait. The waitress was rude. We ordered for desert and it came immediately but we requested to bring the rest of the food as we were getting late, it still didn't arrive. It was sad that we chose this restraunt. The waitress was just passing by ignoring us. Then there was a male waiter whom we asked the situation then later we saw that he input our details after us requesting, it was clear that the lady didn't entered our order and kept us waiting for 1.5 hours. Then we finally got our food and we decided to pay, then on the desk we request the waitress that we want to split our bill into three...after one minute she snatched my friend's debit card and made the payment forcing us to pay together, it was not a big issue but the way she treated us was very disrespectful and we never appreciate racist behaviour. Sorry to say but you should think twice before entering...

Good food but horrible and racist staff

Sono stato qui domenica 14/03/2021, eravamo tre persone e tutti noi selezionati per il servizio all you can eat. Il cibo era buono e il servizio clienti era buono per i primi 30-45 minuti, poiché il cliente ha iniziato ad aumentare e abbiamo ordinato per il corso principale, il cibo non è arrivato per più di 1 ora e 30 minuti. Mi sono sentito davvero molto mancato di rispetto perché tutti i nativi italiani intorno a me stavano ricevendo il loro cibo in tempo, ma noi foriegners siamo stati costretti ad aspettare. La cameriera era scortese. Abbiamo ordinato per il deserto ed è arrivato immediatamente, ma abbiamo chiesto di portare il resto del cibo perché stavamo arrivando tardi, ma non è ancora arrivato. È stato triste che abbiamo scelto questo ristorante. La cameriera stava passando ignorandoci. Poi c'era un cameriere maschio a cui abbiamo chiesto la situazione, poi in seguito abbiamo visto che ha inserito i nostri dettagli dopo che avevamo richiesto, era chiaro che la signora non ha inserito il nostro ordine e ci ha fatto aspettare 1,5 ore. Poi abbiamo finalmente preso il nostro cibo e abbiamo deciso di pagare, poi sulla scrivania chiediamo alla cameriera di dividere il conto in tre ... dopo un minuto ha strappato la carta di debito della mia amica e ha effettuato il pagamento costringendoci a pagare insieme , non era un grosso problema, ma il modo in cui ci trattava è stato molto irrispettoso e non apprezziamo mai il comportamento razzista. Visited this place during vacation. Place is not very fancy but the food makes up for it. We tried curry fried rice, pineapple bean rice, chicken entrees and even sushi. Every thing we tried tasted yummy. They even made it spicy based on our request.Defnitely recommend this place if you are...
