Leider nicht zu empfehlen. An einem Mittwoch Abend mindestens 10 Minuten gewartet, bis jemand Hallo sagt, oder einem die Karte bringt. Der Service war dafür nett. Das kann immer vorkommen mit langen Wartezeiten. Prinzipiell verkraftbar. Das Problem war leider das Essen. Es hat nicht besonders geschmeckt. Um nicht mit negativen Dingen um mich zu werfen, die mich gestört haben, hier lieber ein konstruktives Feedback: Die Vorspeisenplatte mit Käse, Schinken und Salami war etwas zu unausgewogen. Ein Käse hatte den Salzgehalt von lange gereiften Parmesan, was an sich nicht schlimm wäre, wenn er wohl dosiert und mit etwas Ausgleichendem serviert worden wäre. Besser ein paar Tomaten oder etwas sonstiges hinzugeben, um den Salzgeschmack abzumildern. Das Brot war dabei leider schnell leer und war leider auch eine Enttäuschung. Nicht frisch aufgeschnitten und nicht gerade von erlesener Qualität. Die Parmigiana war etwas platt, sie sollte lieber wirklich warm serviert werden. Der Büffelmozzarella beim Caprese stand weit hinter den Erwartungen in einer für Mozzarella bekannten Region. Die Gnocchi. Nicht hausgemacht, kein Problem. Aber bitte etwas Zeit in eine Tomatensoße investieren. Die Tomatensoße aus frischen Tomaten war sauer, sodass die bescheidenen Gnocchi auch nicht wirklich genießbar waren. Es fehlte an Mozzarella oder anderem Käse, der eine gewisse Cremigkeit gebracht hätte. Lediglich ein bisschen Parmesan hat nicht geholfen. Die angebratenen Meeresfrüchte waren Muscheln, die ja offensichtlich nicht angebraten sind. Wahrscheinlich wurde hier ein Gericht vertauscht, was durchaus vorkommen kann. Bei den Muscheln noch etwas mehr mit frischer Zitrone und vor allem Petersilie arbeiten! Das hätte das mittelmäßige Gericht aufgewertet. Die hausgemachten Nudeln waren vielleicht eine Spur zu al dente, wobei dies kein Problem darstellte. Die Nudeln mit der Paprikasoße kamen leider fast kalt. Eventuell Teller vorwärmen. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen, auch wenn das Ambiente an sich sehr nett war.

Purtroppo non è consigliato. Un mercoledì sera ho aspettato almeno 10 minuti prima che qualcuno mi salutasse o mi portasse il menu. Il servizio è stato piacevole. Questo può sempre accadere con i lunghi tempi di attesa. In linea di principio, è sopportabile. Il problema era il cibo. Non aveva un buon sapore. Per non buttare lì cose negative che mi hanno infastidito, ecco un feedback costruttivo: Il piatto di antipasti con formaggio, prosciutto e salame era un po' troppo sbilanciato. Un formaggio aveva il contenuto di sale del parmigiano a lunga stagionatura, che di per sé non sarebbe stato male se fosse stato ben dosato e servito con qualcosa di equilibrante. Meglio aggiungere qualche pomodoro o altro per attenuare il sapore salato. Purtroppo il pane si è svuotato rapidamente ed è stato anch'esso una delusione. Non sono affettati di fresco e non sono esattamente di qualità squisita. La parmigiana era un po' piatta, andrebbe piuttosto servita ben calda. La mozzarella di bufala alla caprese era molto al di sotto delle aspettative in una regione nota per la mozzarella. Gli gnocchi. Non fatto in casa, nessun problema. Ma vi prego di investire un po' di tempo in una salsa di pomodoro. Il sugo a base di pomodori freschi era aspro, quindi anche gli umili gnocchi non erano proprio commestibili. Mancava la mozzarella o altro formaggio che avrebbe aggiunto un po' di cremosità. Solo un po' di parmigiano non ha aiutato. I frutti di mare saltati erano cozze, che ovviamente non sono saltate. Probabilmente qui è stato mescolato un piatto, cosa che può accadere. Con le cozze, lavorate un po' di più con il limone fresco e soprattutto con il prezzemolo! Avrebbe valorizzato un piatto mediocre. La pasta fatta in casa era forse un po' troppo al dente, ma non è stato un problema. Purtroppo la pasta con la salsa di peperoni è arrivata quasi fredda. Forse preriscaldare le piastre. Non tornerò, anche se l'ambiente era...

This warm, inviting home like restaurant is authentic in every way. Generous portion sizes in all meals, I don't eat that much, but could not leave anything behind. Got scammed: we were told that there are 2 daily menu: earth menu, sea menu (both contain appetizer and main course). We ordered 2 earth menu and 2 sea menu. Earth menu arrived in time, but instead of 2 sea main course we got one big plate, and the waiter told us, this is the chef's gift. We asked back, if this is the main course of the sea menu, they said, no, this is for everyone. Then we were waiting.., waiting.. the sea menu main plate didn't arrive still, so we asked where is it, and they told us, the chef gift was the second plate. Also one of the waiter changed dress...
