My friend and i did not check the room in front of the host, we found long black hairs in the shower ..it had not been cleaned, in the morning after finding dirt in my bed from my feet i swept the floor and collected a nice pile (see pic), the kitchen was poorly equipped, no knife to cut salad , rolls, cheese, cucumber, no cloths for wiping surfaces or cleaning dishes, 2 chairs and a tiny table for "dining area" paint on sun terrace peeling, old mops, brushes and buckets on "sun terrace, flat screen tv is approximately 20inch screen, plugs with Eu adapters wouldn't stay in the wall, ( i have video but can't upload here)no change of linen as promised, we were publicly (on another review platform) called liars and accused of breaking the sockets( there are other reviews the same) when i told the host about the plugs she accused us of breaking the plugs and that we didn't have adapters (we did) and she said " stop writing nonsense!) the photo on show to potential visitors are very old, probably when first decorated, the place is tired, the kitchen is really old and shabby with hardly any equipment. We hid the keys and remote under a sleeping bag out of view..because there were no instructions where to leave the keys so the room was unlocked ..the host was not contactable, comfortable bed, great location, 5mins in a taxi to the train station| was €15 The Property needs some money spent to freshen it up.

buonasera, il 20 gennaio 2020 ho prenotato 2 camere matrimoniali per la notte del primo di febbraio, la sera del 31, mi arrivano dei messaggi da parte della responsabile del b&b nei quali leggo: buongiorno luigi, domani a che ora prevedete di arrivare? ore 10.35... allora? ore21.23; perchè non rispondete? ore21.23; avete 2 camere prenotate ore 21.24; grazie 21.24; abbiamo ufficio legale la vostra prenotazione fraudolenta. potevate disdire entro i termini. parte denuncia. innanzitutto tengo a dirvi che tutti i messaggi, compreso quello del mattino, mi sono arrivati tutti alle ore 21.23, secondo, se a uno dei 2 non funzionava internet i messaggi su what-app non potranno mai essere visualizzati, bisogna TELEFONARE. LE telefono appena mi arrivano tutti questi messaggi per chiarire, ,i ha dato le sue motivazioni, e capisco la situazione e allora ci metto una pietra sopra: comunque le dico che siccome sabato sono oberato di impegni, non so dirLe a che ora posso fare il check-in ma le ho pronosticato un possibile arrivo nel primo pomeriggio. fatto sta che arrivo alle 11, Le telefono per dirLE che sono arrivato e giustamente lei non era li presente e l'abbiamo aspettata. al suo arrivo non accenna nemmeno una virgola all' episodio sgradevole successo la sera prima ed esordisce con una bugia, mi dice che io le avevo detto che arrivavo alle 18,cazzata.. e menomale che ho la registrazione della chiamata, il mio cell ha la registrazione automatica delle chiamate e non ho mai menzionato il 18. saliamo in camera e le camere si presentano in disordine, sempre perché lei ci aspettava alle 18, allora io e l'altra coppia siamo andati a fare un giro in paese giusto per dare il tempo di far sistemare le 2 camere. al ritorno, alle ore 17.30 troviamo le camere in ordine ma gelide, siamo comunque a febbraio, accendiamo il condizionatore , la pompa di calore per aria calda e non funzionava, l'aria impostata a 30°c era tiepida e nella stanza di mia sorella e mio cognato l' aria usciva meno che tiepida e loro hanno una bimba di 5 mesi, poi ci penseranno loro a fare la recensione della loro camera. il check-out, abbiamo fatto il check-out alle ore 8.45, la signora non era presente in sede, Le ho telefonato ma non rispondeva, allora poi le ho mandato un messaggio su whats-app dove Le avvisavo che andavamo via e lasciavamo le chiavi vicino al POS, il messaggio lo ha letto alle 10.52 ma non mi ha dato alcuna risposta e tanto meno i ringraziamenti per aver usufruito della sua struttura. Questa era la recensione dell' accoglienza, ora la recensione della stanza. io ho prenotato una stanza matrimonialee mi ha datola suite. La suite ha il camino, aria condizionata e bagno personale. il camino non si poteva usare perché faceva odore e il condizionatore per quanto poteva essere potente, non riusciva a scaldare la stanza. Il letto comodo ma i cuscini troppo ma troppo sottili. il bagno, il bagno era privato ma per accedervi dovevi uscire fuori dalla camera, attraversare il corridoio,comune a tutti i clienti di passaggio, il mini angolo della reception e finalmente si poteva accedere ai servizi. Stretto, la doccia piccolissima, protetta da una tenda in plastica, il lavabo grande 30cm x 25cm che non riuscivo neppure a lavarmi la faccia però era provvisto di sapone, un fon per i capelli davvero potente e la cara igienica. per quanto poteva esser pulito non mi ispirava igiene. Che dire, di persé la struttura è bella , e le stanze vanno anche bene se la descrizione sui siti fosse più veritiera, a partire dalle foto, ma se mi scrivi suite con bagno privato ma il bagno è fuori dalla stanza, lo si deve scrivere. non mi sento di scrivere, no non ve lo consiglio, perché ho letto recensioni molto positive e mi son basato su quelle per poter scegliere quale b&b facesse al caso nostro, ma personalmente non ci ritornerei più.

My daughter and I spent 5 wonderful nights at Un Tetto Di Stelle Luxury Home. Nuccia was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and welcoming. She has decorated the apartment beautifully with attention to every detail. Everything was spotless. Our room was very comfortable and felt like a home not just a room. It was a pleasure to stay there. The location is great. Located in a quaint part of Salerno with small alley ways filled with shops and restaurants. You can see the ocean from the front door of the building. It is a block or two away. Nuccia does not live in the apartment, there are 4 rooms for rent. Nuccia was very attentive and responded to us quickly when we reached out to her. We had a rental car and had easy access to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Parking is limited so Nuccia booked us a space in a parking garage for $15 per day. We took a boat to Capri, and a bus to Positano. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again if I should be so lucky to be able to return to Italy! Thank you Nuccia! Your the best!
