We visited the location on via Roma and were literally hunted by the server who kept checking we drank our coffee without it getting cold and making snarky remarks about the fact we were taking our time to relax there.

We later in our vacation visited the location with the same name on the Corso. We tried using the restroom and asked for toilet paper to be added. Instead of setting it up for us, the server handed us the huge roll, I guess expecting us to do it for him. When I tried asking him to do it, he didn't speak English (I only speak a little Italian) and he got flustered by my requests eventually complaining to his coworker about me, in front of me!

Never to return, I guess both locations hate business...

Walking by considered a grab and go, yet Mattia insisted we sit, relax & enjoy. Besides the 4 tables out front he had several tables in a welcoming corridor.

We had wraps, salads, flavored teas, dessert and Gelato.

I asked Mattia if he was the owner or General manager, he said I'm. Just a.

I said 🛑 Your not just....

He replied in perfect English

Non sono qui per recensire principalmente il cibo o la caffetteria, ma per segnalare un problema che in un locale è un “NO” assoluto.

Mi sono trovata costretta, per motivi femminili, ad utilizzare il bagno dopo l’ordinazione. Il bagno è singolo, con una porta scorrevole semitrasparente. Inizialmente ho pensato che la trasparenza fosse solo di fronte al lavandino, supponendo ci fosse un'altra porta che garantisse privacy nella zona del WC. Purtroppo non è così: la porta lascia intravedere chiaramente la sagoma di chi è dentro, e questo già crea un notevole disagio.

Ora, il locale potrebbe obiettare che la vista sia limitata a un angolo frequentato solo dal personale, ma il fatto che ci sia un continuo via vai del personale rende la situazione ancora più imbarazzante. Come se non bastasse, un cliente ha tentato di aprire la porta, che era chiusa solo da una piccola catenella vintage. Nonostante avessi fissato bene la catenella, la porta si è aperta di qualche centimetro, aumentando ulteriormente il mio disagio.

Sono uscita dal bagno con un profondo senso di imbarazzo. Anche se magari da fuori non si vede molto, la semplice idea di avere una porta semitrasparente, senza una chiusura sicura, rende impossibile sentirsi a proprio agio in uno spazio che dovrebbe garantire totale privacy.

Se proprio volete dare un tocco "innovativo" al locale, vi suggerirei di mettere la cucina a vista, invece del bagno. O meglio ancora, riorganizzate gli spazi interni: il bagno non è l’unico punto critico, perché anche la disposizione generale risulta piuttosto scomoda e, a tratti,...
