A dreadful experience. Service is awful, dishes brought out of order, food missing, wines not stocked, dishes no longer available after order. Total lack of customer service. My worst experience in Italy. Go elsewhere.
EDIT: Further comment after the owner's (untruthful) response. Unsure how we were 'negative', we didn't complain and given the circumstances remained very calm, finished our meal and wine as it had been paid for. I guess some people just cannot accept criticism? Not sure that negates your awful service, poor stock and running out of dishes that were already ordered. I'm glad you don't want us back, there are many, many better places in Sansepolcro and I recommend more people take your advice and eat...

Nice restaurant in the town centre, with a great selection of starters and main courses. Definitely the most interesting menu we have seen in the area We've had ravioli filled with burrata and aubergine that might seem a classic but it's easy to mess up, they were fantastic; other ravioli with saffron and pig's cheek, very tasty, and the classic "cacio e pepe" with summer truffle, delicious! Premetto che sono buon gustaia e meticolosa.. Locale accogliente, caratteristico, sedie comode e staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ho ordinato capesante con porcini e prezzemolo, premetto che mi aspettavo i porcini a carpaccio... Invece erano porcini trifolati .. buoni ma coprivano tutto il sapore delle capesante, in sostanza era tutto buono ma singolarmente .. € 12,00 Piatto interessante ma forse sbagliata l' interpretazione, ovviamente a mio gusto. Come secondo, carpaccio di spada, tonno e salmone con lime e lamponi.. anche qui mi aspettavo un vero carpaccio e non 3 fettine di salmone,tonno e spada affumicato in busta... Il lime non c'era.. niente di ché.. € 15,00. Riassumendo .. il menù genera molte aspettative perché fatto bene e molto sfizioso.. la realizzazione secondo me è da rivedere.. in un senso o nell'altro, forse anche il prezzo per ciò che si offre.
