La vera trattoria di una volta sia come ambiente che come cucina. Ambiente con non troppi tavoli, x cui consiglio di prenotare soprattutto nel fine settimana, che consente di essere seguiti con attenzione durante i pasti. Apprezzato il cuoco/proprietario che passa ai tavoli x domandare come procede. Ottimo l'antipasto della casa con salumi formaggi, crostini; i brigoli all'aglione e gota croccante, le tagliatelle con ragù bianco di chianina (x me fantastiche) tagliatelle fatte a mano e ravioli ai porcini. X finire cantucci e vino santo. Buono anche il rosso montepulciano. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
