Esperienza deludente e trattamento inaccettabile

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo bar-ristorante è stata estremamente negativa. Io e la mia amica siamo rimasti colpiti dalla scarsa professionalità e dall’atteggiamento maleducato del personale.

Appena arrivati, abbiamo notato una totale mancanza di accoglienza: siamo rimasti fuori in piedi per più di dieci minuti, ignorati da chiunque lavorasse lì. Nonostante ci fosse chiaramente personale disponibile, nessuno ci ha accolto o si è preoccupato di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di un tavolo.

Una delle ragazze che lavorava lì ha fatto finta di non vederci e, quando finalmente siamo riusciti a parlarle, è stata scortese e assolutamente poco professionale. Il suo atteggiamento sembrava quasi volerci far sentire indesiderati, un comportamento inaccettabile per chi lavora nel settore della ristorazione.

Alla fine, frustrate e deluse, abbiamo deciso di andare via senza nemmeno sederci. Un’esperienza così negativa è difficile da dimenticare, e sicuramente non torneremo mai più.
