Cantina Mazzotti Restaurant Wine Bar — Restaurant in Sassari

The waiting time of the waiter come to us and take our order was like 20 min. He took orders from other people around and left us for the end, even when we asked him to come a few times. Then the half menu was not available. Also the waiter asked us to order the same dishes, so they can make one big portion which we are supposed to share between us. We were 6 people. I didn't feel the hospitality vibe at all. Then we waited for starters for around 40min (we wanted to order two octopus salads and mussels soup). In the end we got made fillet of tuna and some other fish. No soup and tartar from started menu. We also ordered two portions of grilled vegetables and french fries but got only one portion and the excuse that there are no more potatoes. The worst restaurant I have...

Ha ragione a chiamarmi così...solo un frustrato può decidere di trascorrere il Natale in una "CANTINA"....comunque un "Ristoratore" che da del frustrato ad un cliente fa capire che da questo ristorante bisogna tenersi alla larga. Peraltro le mie recensioni sono state replicate con affermazioni false....Non so quanto tempo rimarrà questa recensione, dato che il proprietario, come stesso da lui confermato, le cancella (solo quelle negative!!). Che "Ristoratore"....Comunque per consentire ad altri clienti di non farsi ingannare, consiglio di non fidarsi delle recensioni di Google, ma affidatevi a recensioni rilasciate su siti attendibili, dove lui non può cancellare nulla....Da lì infatti si capisce che tipo di persona è....Comunque riporto ciò che avevo scritto nell'ultima recensione. Dopo quello che mi avete combinato stasera, non in una serata normale, ma al cenone di Natale, avete anche il coraggio di replicare!!! Peraltro con affermazioni false. Io ho chiamato alle ore 18:47 comunicando che probabilmente avrei tardato. Mi è stato risposto che non era possibile ritardare perché per le 2100 sarei dovuto andare via. (circostanza, questa, non di poca rilevanza, non comunicata all'atto della prenotatazione!!). A quel punto ho confermato che sarei arrivato in orario. Alle ore 18:49, dopo circa 2 minuti, sono stato contattato e mi è stato riferito che non sarebbe stato possibile nemmeno alle 19:30..... Potrei provare quanto asserito con fonti di prova inconfutabili. Quindi, prima di rispondere, con affermazioni false caro "RISTORATORE" abbia almeno la bontà di scusarsi!! Questo non fa che avallare quanto da me precedentemente riportato...nella recensione negativa fatta. Quindi confermo a caratteri CUBITALI: SERIETA' 0 (ZERO). E l'ho trattata perché per esprimere il mio giudizio dovrei utilizzare i numeri...
