Terrible service. We waited about 30 minutes until we were served. There was only one woman serving everyone. There were three other waiters who only served to bring the food, not to order. If you said anything to them, they would say, "Wait, the woman will serve you now," and she never came. They didn't even come to order our drinks, a disaster. I had to ask for salt three times when my food was getting cold. I asked the waiter for ketchup and mayonnaise, and he never came. The food was good, tasty, with few options: kebabs and burgers, simple but delicious. The prices were very good. The service is a shame because that's how they lose customers. My husband found this place while searching for some new food options to check out this time around at our house in Scalea. O’Kebab did not disappoint! I am so glad we found this place! The staff was kind, the menu has so many delicious (and gigantic) options. My daughter ordered the cheese burger here as she was craving one - and it was literally the size of her plate! She couldn’t finish it, but she said it was one of the best burgers she’s ever ate. My husband and I both ordered the kabob platter, and it also was a giant portion of meat ontop of a great selection of fresh traditional kabob accompaniments. Came with my son for a quick little kebab. We sat down at a table outside at a table for 3, there were 2 more people sitting in the whole restaurant. We were out as we couldn't sit at the table despite no customers. I have been working in the food service industry for 17 years and I have never experienced such customer service.
