Caffè Fiaschetteria Il Pulcino — Restaurant in Siena

They didn't serve me, the reason is clear for people that live here is clear.

I am not hidding behind my finger. It was the first and last time that I came to your cafe-restaurant. The cafe-restaurant was kinda half empty at this moment and I had already sat. I asked if you have cornetto and a tea and you said that you have. Then, afterwards, you said that the restaurant serves only lunch right now. Me personally and many others in the world I don't eat lunch at 12 and I wanted a breakfast, you prefered to tell me to leave than serve me and you imposed me to eat a lunch if I want to stay there. How do you characterise this? Actually only that I am writing you in english and you reply in italian...

From our experience it is the worst place we visited in Tuscany. Waitress was rude without any reason, also she made a lot of mistakes with the order. Pasta and risotto was blant and came cold (I mean really cold). We mentioned that to the waitress she took both plates with poker face and put it to the microwave to warm it up. We asked for the check, paid and ran out from this place asap. Seems like they don't care about the unlocal customers as this place is in the crowdy center of the city so if you are unhappy they will find ten other tourists after you leave. Avoid businesses like this if you value you precious time...

Food is ok but the service is bad. After we had lunch, we sat for a few more minutes and asked for tea, they said we had to stand for tea because the table is for lunch, even though we literally just had a big lunch there!!!!

I dont think they will treat locals like that but they acted like it is ok to be rude to tourists.

For tourists, it is better to AVOID this place, there are places with better food and service!!!

The price is not reasonable also because portions are very small, we ordered several courses but...
