Best pizza I’ve ever tasted, their tomato sauce base is bursting with flavour and their crusts are done to perfection with not a speck of burnt dough. The texture of the crust is unlike any I’ve ever enjoyed, it can be eaten as its own seperate meal, filled with the most fluffy dough I’ve ever seen in a crust. The owner & chef is a charming chap, happily whistling along to traditional Italian music as he joyfully goes about his work.
