Best pizza I’ve ever tasted, their tomato sauce base is bursting with flavour and their crusts are done to perfection with not a speck of burnt dough. The texture of the crust is unlike any I’ve ever enjoyed, it can be eaten as its own seperate meal, filled with the most fluffy dough I’ve ever seen in a crust. The owner & chef is a charming chap, happily whistling along to traditional Italian music as he joyfully goes about his work. His charm is complemented by the cute and fun decor of the pizza shop that makes eating at Chianti & pizza an authentic experience. The pizza here is just absolutely mindblowing. What's even better? The staff - the lady and gentleman behind the counter bist you like you're dining in their house and they're so passionate about serving you and about the pizzas it's a delight to eat here! We were in a rush but we sat down here for a size and then couldn't resist taking a slice of the diavola pizza for the road which the lady so kindly packed so meticulously! The staff were friendly and helpful; the pizza had a slightly crispy crust and was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were excellent.
