I didn’t realize I was the only one who experienced this kind of treatment until I looked at others reviews. I was followed from the first floor to the second floor tonight by a store attendant (security?? Or just employee)... And while I was walking around upstairs, the store attendant stared at me the whole time. I didn’t want to assume the worst; maybe it was just a coincident that they sent someone to watch after the second floor as soon as I walked up there, but no- as soon as I walked back downstairs, that guy ran down after me, called out to his coworker, alerting her that I was headed towards the exit. HUGE THANK YOU TO ALLEGRA!!!! I recently visited for a wedding and my baggage was lost. I visited the store to get some essentials and Allegra was incredibly helpful!! I’m a makeup artist myself, so the amount of knowledge and detail she had was incredibly impressive to me. She quickly helped me around the store and found everything I needed. The few samples she gave me were incredibly helpful (used the makeup pouch as a purse for the wedding and got loads of compliments!! WORST experience ever!!!! The security framed us by holding a product against the exit and then claiming that we stole something. The bleeper went of because of him we had no products. Then he ordered us that he would check our bags, which he doesn’t has the right to do. Because the bleeper didn’t went of by us. The manager tried to explain that they had to do it because the amount of stealing. And I understand that but the way it was done is ridiculous for the store itself.
