Excellent food, atmosphere and service (also very nice music and set up of the interior decoration). We opted for the salami and cheese plateau that offered a nice variety of cold cuts and cheeses, the aubergine with Parmesan cheese (excellent too), the meatballs (incredibly tasty) and the ragou tortellini (could eat this everyday). We had a couple of fine red Umbrian wine and a chocolate-based dessert, also a little coffee and left this wonderful restaurant full and happy with our experience! Una gelida sera, passeggiando tra le viuzze di Spoleto in cerca di un ristorante dove mangiare bene abbiamo incrociato il locale di Pepe Rosa. I colori vivaci e questa grande vetrata all'ingresso fanno da contrasto agli altri locali presenti sul corso. E' un ambiente anticonvenzionale, aperto a tutti ma purtroppo considerato da pochi. Abbiamo scelto i piatti caratteristici dei sapori dell'Umbria e una selezione di affettati di prima scelta (il prosciutto di Assisi TOP). Insomma, non il solito locale attira turisti; mettiamoci poi un buon vino, l'atmosfera rosa e le lucine di contorno e ci si dimentica di guardare l'orologio. Pamela ci ha accolti, ha cucinato e ci ha serviti, tutto da sola; è una professionista completa. Inoltre è disponibile a fare due chiacchere, spiegandoci di come va alla ricerca dei prodotti sul territorio e di come il suo sogno si sta realizzando. Chef and owner Pamela has created a foodie oasis in Spoleto. The menu is handwritten daily, a reflection of the use of local fresh ingredients and a dash of creativity.
