Ristorante Locanda della Signoria — Restaurant in Spoleto

Location: The view was nice as the restaurant is located in a good area with discrete view of the city. The presentation of the table was ok, lighting was good, and qr code on the lamps with the menu in it was fine. Menù: Generally it offers a great variety of choises, the antipasto with variety of cheeses and hams was great and aboundant, however the caprese was nkt the greatest specially cuz of the quality of the mozzarella. In regards to the meat with truffle, and generally the quality of it, it wasn't optimum. The meat was hard and not soft as it should be. However they cooked it properly. The service was discrete, fast and overall good. For what we've eaten the price was lower than expected so...

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo presso la Locanda. Faccio una premessa: io sono allergico al latte e a tutti i suoi derivati, basilico ed altre cose. La mia compagna ha grosso modo i miei stessi problemi, e quando andiamo in un ristorante siamo sempre molto ansiosi, in quanto in qualche ristorante hanno fatto qualche polemica e in altri mi sono sentito male in quanto avevano preso alla leggera le mie raccomandazioni . Alla Locanda della Signoria invece non è stato così. Quando al momento di ordinare abbiamo comunicato il problema, ci hanno risposto assolutamente di non preoccuparci e così è stato!!!Abbiamo preso un tagliere di soli salumi, spezzatino di cinghiale ai frutti rossi e pancia di maialino con mela caramellata. Partiamo dall’antipasto: SALUMI locali che rimangerei altre mille volte. Spezzatino di cinghiale ai frutti rossi: Si scioglieva in bocca. Ancora adesso che scrivo, sento il profumo dei frutti rossi e il loro retrogusto che lasciavano ogni qualvolta si mangiava un po’ di cinghiale. Pancia di maiale con mela caramellata: Che spettacolo la Mela!!!!Maiale buonissimo e molto tenero…Ogni pezzo di maiale, accompagnato con la mela caramellata era semplicemente fantastico. Veniamo al personale: il personale di sala cortese, preparato e molto disponibile data la problematica alimentare da noi presentata. Il cuoco: si è avvicinato al tavolo e con molta eleganza e passione ha spiegato i piatti che avevamo scelto e che stavamo già assaggiando. Persona cordiale alla quale brillava il viso quando spiegava i suoi piatti. Abbiamo pagato 74€…(antipasto di salumi, due secondi, due acqua, una CocaCola, due caffè). Ogni singolo centesimo assolutamente Ben Speso!! Siamo di Osimo, provincia di Ancona, 2 ore da Spoleto…e sicuramente rifaremo la strada per mangiare nuovamente alla Locanda e...

It is a nice location, I believe particularly on a hot day, as it is in the shadow of big trees in the inner yard, and with a nice view over the town. However, the service and food were desired much much more. The fried fish was so overcooked and oversalted that it was uneatable. I was seated at the table with the most traffic of waitresses even though there were other empty tables further, and with so much swinging floors, it was extremely disturbing. The price was inadequate to the quality. Added one star for the location and that water was...
