Zeppelin — Restaurant in Spoleto

Avoid lower, eat at upper. Zeppelin Pizza has two branches in Spoleto, the lower in Corso Garibaldi, upper in Corso Mazzini. The difference between the two could not be more stark. Lower has a sullen staff who never smile or talk and dried out thin, tasteless pizza with few ingredients. Upper has friendly staff who smile and are talkative, good pizza which tastes so much better it's hard to believe it's the same owner. Since it can't be the elevation I suppose it's the managers or chefs. Today at lower I asked for a plain slice, was told "It's still hot." and then out of 6 slices on display picks out the smallest with me watching. Marketing school dropout. At the table the pizza was ice cold. Also not good to lie to your clients. At least ask if I want it reheated and if I say no it's my fault. I am resident in Spoleto and this was abut my 10th time here. Learned my lesson today. Upper in Cso. Mazzini is fine. If you are in lower Spoleto and want good pizza walk down to number 18...

We checked in to Aurora Boutique hotel and were given options to dining! However after almost 90 minutes of hovering around and waiting for a table for 3, we walked back towards our hotel and stopped at this place, which is just opposite to our hotel. The options on the menu were simple and at the same inviting. The waitress was great in accommodating us and we had a regular burger with their home made patty and bun!!! Out of this world and simply WOW!!! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Spoleto and close to the Piazza della libertà (centro storico). They have a great variety of Italian and international options, and best part: 99% visited by local regulars and loyal customers!!! Now...

A Spoleto di cose buone ce ne sono ma per favore nn parliamo di pizza perché secondo voi ciò è una Margherita o una bufala mah o di altro tipo patate fritte che devono essere dorate arrivarono al tavolo bianche e senza sapore e fredde uno schifo totale abbiamo speso 25 eur nel centro di una bella città.... il cm eravamo lì ecco io sono un atleta il mio collega decide facciamoci una pizza ok ci fermiamo lì visto i posti a sedere... ma ci avviciniamo e noto già fuori servizio scadente tavoli sporchi perché nn puliti nemmeno quando nn c'è più nessuno e dentro a sta specie di pizzeria che tra l'altro fuori ha esposto anche il cartello con tanto di scritta cedesi attività un macello, organizzazione nn ce n'è proprio un intasamento totale, secondo me troppa gente in un posto solo.... ci tengo a precisare che il ragazzo che serviva era napoletano come noi, un simpaticone che purtroppo disse cà già fà sa 'ddà faticà o saccio cà è nu casino e alla fine ci siamo fatti quattro risate e tutti amici più di prima. Ho avuto modo di parlare anche con la signora che crede di fare la pizzeria in modo giusto mah cmq ho delle idee lassù...
