Torrefazione e Bar Moka Stresa — Restaurant in Stresa

We got here by coincidence and immediately loved the place. The cappuccino is awesome: the milk foam is top-notch and the atmosphere inside at the bar is super friendly and cozy. The lamps consist of caffetera’s and the tables are a mix of wine barrels and wooden tables.

Indeed, it caught us and we decided to stay longer for a Prosecco and a wine as an Italian start of the day. Both were super tasty and we didn’t leave it with just one ...;) The snack is tasty and fits perfectly along with the alcoholic beverage. Plus we were surrounded by Italians what is a benefit because Stresa is really touristic. So to find at least some locals among the tourists is a big plus. Just leave the very touristic part and move to one of the streets further out.

It is an amazing place to have breakfast, quick lunch of aperitif with friends and family. The team is really friendly and very prepared, the y suggested us what was the best drinkand they give us free food. During the aperitif the atmosphere is literally amazing, the food is superb and every weekend they organize different events with local food and chefs.The owner is very kind and he spend time with clients. Sono stata 1 mesi fa è me aveva trovato bene, sono tornata oggi sera giustamente per invitare a un amico. Devo dire che ho vergogna di averlo invitato a questi posto:

Hugo senza sapore ma anche senza menta, quindi non è hugo... Servizi horrible - da inizio a fine: Ho quiesto aperitivo vegetariano e lui (il signore molto mal educato che ci ha servito) ha deciso che non faceva vegetariano ma un ape normale. E per ché no, anche metere la tavola de muca. Lui (signore sgradevole e anche sembrava bevuto) ha deciso de ritirare la tavola de aperitivi senza chiedere si avevamo finito, como si fa in un posto medianamente buono. Non avevamo finito, ho chiesto gentilemente de lasciarla. Ha tornato 5 minuti dopo e la ha preso di novo senza dire niente. la sua forma de servire semplicemente manca classe e buone educazione.

Ha stato una esperienza realmente sgradevole. Mancanza de tutto!

Obviamente, qua non torno più.

Non so si queste signore è il propietario. Si sí magari era bevuto e ha stato un vero maleducato e si no, per il bene del posto, deve essere regolato.

Positivo: il Franciacorta era buono.
