My students and I were riding our bikes from Sienna to Rome, and this was our lunch stop in Sutri. We enjoyed an amazing lunch with so much variety - they made a buffet especially for us and accommodated all of our unique needs with allergies, and religious restrictions. We were able to get a delicious vegetarian meal (an omelette and a dairy-free panini) and nicely crisp fries. The eggs were from the owner’s hens and the vegetables from her garden.
