PastaRun — Restaurant in Syracuse

Freshly made pasta for 5€. If that isn‘t enough by itself, I would also add that the Pasta we had tasted really nice. I honestly loved the fact, that you ordered the dishes via App and also paid through that and then you only had to wait a couple of minutes to get the ordered stuff directly to your table.

Even though you were sitting next to a quite busy street (not a big one, but still busy for that little street) we had some fun watching cars and people within have some really wild maneuvers. More of an entertaining touch.

The drinks were standard, but we anyways came for the food.

A small, inconspicuous place but great people and delicious food! We ate several types of arancini - all were delicious, they have much wider selection than in other places. Crispy crust and wonderfully tasty rice filling. If our trip were longer, we would definitely go back there. I recommend on the way to the main bus/train station. I couldn't choose one arancini, I bought 3, today at home I regret not having bought more so that I could still enjoy this taste while writing. Unique, friendly, open owners. Popped in here on my way out of town after visiting Ortigia, as it was on the route back to the train station.

The food was lovely, well presented and I couldn’t believe the price. I’ve had Pasta La Norma a few times during my stay in Sicily and this has been the best and it cost €5.

I also spoke to the owners, a team of wife and husband and they were lovely. Wife provides the customer service and the husband cooks and they make a great team.

The most accommodating place I’ve been to during my stay, lovely food and great pricing. You cannot ask for more.
