Walked by everyday during our stay in Taormina and finally decided to have our dinner here tonight. Love love love everything in this place. From atmosphere to food and service, absolutely top notch (with very reasonable price)!!! Both grilled seabass and the squid ink pasta are the special dishes of the day. So fresh and tasty!Superb!!! The pasta is so good that we ordered it again 😅 It is probably the best squid ink pasta we’ve ever had. Orange and onion salad is a must try too, very refreshing. The restaurant is off the beaten track, like a little secret garden 💚 P.S. The restaurant also makes their own liquor, we tried Cinnamon and Fennel, loved it.

If we I could give 10 stars I would!!! The atmosphere is incredible as it's off the beaten path that is usually filled with too many tourists. Quiet and quite spot that is a family business. The food is above and beyond delicious. Ask for the "house special " of the day. The service is exceptional, friendly outgoing and they take the time to explain the menu. As my grandparents are from the region of Sicily being at this restaurant reminded me of many family meals. I can not express enough about the warm, family atmosphere offered at this beautiful restaurant.

It was a pleasant surprise. Staff was courteous and very helpful when comes to explaining the dishes and special for the day. We ended up ordering fish, some pasta dishes. As it’s a family run restaurant, the vibes were warm and food was delicious and made with love. Also the price wise, it’s tad bit cheaper than other places around it.

TOTALMENTE...

This restaurant was lovely, authentic and quiet, a little away from the hustle and bustle of Taormina's main street. We were attracted by the cosy atmosphere and menu of typical Sicilian fare.

On the night we ate, there was also a rich choice of specials, presented to us by a charming and funny waitress, who made the options sound irresistible. The starter of provolone in lemon leaves, the mains of pasta with ricotta pesto, linguine with shrimps and fiori di zucca, the pasta al sardo and the seabass with herbs were prepared with care and finesse - we were happy with all of them! The desserts were very tasty too - watermelon jelly, which was very refreshing, as well as the pannacotta with peach sauce and the freshly prepared mini cannoli. The service and attitude of the staff were excellent.

We only regret that we discovered Don Camillo on our last night in Taormina, otherwise we would have gone there a few more times for...

Food wasn’t bad, but service was so bad asked 3 times to get us wine glasses, after 15min of waiting and wine getting hot as no ice bucket I got up myself to get the glasses 🤦🏻‍♂️, the place is covered with plants on the ceiling where air wouldn’t come in and not even one fan the heat was too much, we was having dinner and the mosquitoes was having dinner on us too 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ I took a plate of pasta, the portion was so small that my daughter had kids pasta which was bigger 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ disgrace..

Reply to your message… You didn’t say how long you took to get 4 glasses of wine that I had to come in personally, and if waisting your time because have food allergies go work somewhere else that’s not professional and asked for white sauce for the kid as you said tell what she wants… and if you want to laugh instead of doing a better job just go have a look in the mirror and u will laugh...
