They gave us a seat at the back of the restaurant where there's 2 tables. I was there with my two daughters. They gave us the menu card and water and didn't come back to take our orders. 30min passed by as we were talking and didn't realize the time passing by. We saw the waiters passing by and tried to get their attention, they look at us and just kept passing by. I wanted to leave the restaurant but my daughters instead on staying.
I went to check on the waiters then I saw they have a big terrace on the other side so we went and sat their. Now the waiters that we just passing us by weren't happy but yeah we are seating and they have to serve us.
They took our order finally,,, we still waiting other people that came after us got their drinks and even starters while we didn't even get out drinks.
I was the only black women and with my kids at the place and it was hard not to take things personal after all this waiting. I didn't want to leave anymore after having to wait for 1h because I thought this isn't right and discrimination isn't something I experienced ever in my life in Europe so I didn't want to give in .
Long story short I had to wave again to ask for our drinks by this time other clients are also noticing that we have been seating their longer than them and don't even have our drinks yet.
We finally got our food . No apologies for the delay, it's like the were hoping we...

Read moreBelow the Average. Careless service. The wine we ordered from the list arrived 22 minutes later. The waiter did not remember. The food was disappointing. The famous Italian fried pumpkin flowers with cheese stuffing were full of oil and soft. Not crunchy and dry as it should be. The first course arrived separately. My wife has pappardelle with asparagus and shrimp. This was delicious. My plate of the day was Ravioli Al caccio pepe with red prawn. This arrived ten minutes after the pappardelle. And was cold. The ravioli were shaped as Tortellini!!! This cannot be expected in a restaurant. The desserts were poor. The black forest cherry cake -- a classic -- was revisited as a crumble! Overall poor performance, disappointing show, not value for money. A lot of fanfare and publicity for nothing. If you are planning to go to celebrate a special occasion, I strongly recommend you to select another restaurant nearby. (On a Monday, this could be a problem.) The restaurant is in a traffic free area. You need to walk...
