Sooooo goood pasta! Super service! A lot of choise!

I was realy hungry after long drive.. and then i saw that you can order also some extra topings for pasta, i ask if is possible to order some antipasto, waiter said unfortunately not.. my hungry brain started work, and i ask, what if you make for me.. from toppings which they are available some antipasto, waiter said no problem we can do these for you! Guys! Please order these way.. it’s super antipasto i choose almas all options.. and it was sooo good! And some wine… fantastic!

After checking online for close by places with good food we decided to go to Etto. In the old city, it has an interesting setup where you decide the type of pasta, the ingredients, and the sauce. We ordered casarecce Norma tagliatelle pesto, and crostata, all delicious! The wine selection was good and the best part was the service. Both cameriere were very helpful. Not only were they very knowledgeable of the food offerings but also gave us pointers on how to proceed with our trip and what to visit. Very interesting conversation!...
