Impressive Bar Experience
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Acquasalsa and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The dim lighting and tasteful decor created an inviting atmosphere perfect for a night out.
The bar menu was a delightful surprise, offering a wide range of creatively crafted cocktails that catered to various tastes. I tried their signature cocktail, which was a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. The attention to detail in each drink was truly impressive.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The bartenders were not only skilled mixologists but also great conversationalists, making sure everyone at the bar felt engaged and entertained. The music selection added to the overall vibe, creating a lively energy without being overwhelming.
Whether you're looking for a cozy corner to unwind with friends or a place to enjoy a romantic evening, Acquasalsa offers it all. The only slight downside might be the limited seating, so arriving early is recommended.
In conclusion, Acquasalsa exceeded my expectations with its warm ambiance, outstanding cocktails, and top-notch service. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable night out. I can't wait to return and explore more of their enticing...

Summary: The food is quite nice, the atmophere is amazing and the staff is not really speaking english. Good place to stop, have a drink and and a quick bite!
I'm having mixed feelings concerning the food. The tappas are on display in the restaurant, where you can choose from a vast variety (see menu). They are really good, albeit a little greasy sometimes as they are freshly deep-fried before being served. The main courses however were nothing special. My pasta with crayfish was not bad, but it was clear that they mainly specialise in tapas. The atmosphere is really great because they have tables directly next to a beautiful canal and the Isola the Pescheria, where they have a fish market on Tuesday before noon. Beware the mosquitos though, as they can get quite pesky! The staff is friendly enough but a little overwhelmed when you don't speak italian. Our waitress knew english well enough to take our order, but paying was difficult since we first received the receipt for a...
Read moreWith all the good restaurants and osterie around do not loose your time stoping by this osteria near the fish market, not only the food is below the average very high quality of food you can find in the region but also the total lack of hospitality and generosity is very much noticeable contrary to local tradition. I have been visiting the zone each year for about 40 years and would certainly not recommend the place. If you order wine by the glass and that it is slightly below 10cl beware asking more generosity for your next wine glass rather than taking at heart to upgrade something that is not noticibly good with its quality with good service they’ll go out of their way to explain that the rule is 10cl, as per their boss guidance .. not really client...
