Diciamo che sono un forno dall'offerta apparentemente classica che però basa il proprio lavoro su utilizzo di ingredienti "nuovi" (canapa, grani antichi italiani abbandonati a favore di quelli nuovi modificati) e opera con tecniche nuove (come i forni a pallet).
