Yalla - laboratorio — Restaurant in Trieste

This restaurant has nothing to do with real taste of Lebanese cuisine. The Shawarma is fully stuffed with French fries, so u can’t taste the chicken!! And it’s rolled with tortillas bread, which in Lebanon don’t do it! The Lamp Shawarma was horrible. I could't eat it! i had to trow it. Usually, the Shawarma is on Rotisserie, but here on the grill.. even though, there is something missing. I’m sorry for the Italians who don’t know the real taste of Lebanese cuisine.. for me, I’ll never visit this place anymore. And the Lebanese cuisine have no pork.. visit Lebanon from north to the south, east and west, you will not found a pork shawarma!! Those are the simple dishes, and they failed serving them properly.. I don’t know about tabouleh and kibeh!!! Good luck Italian ppl. And it’s expensive!! A shawarma sandwich...

Yalla è un ristorante nato per l'asporto e le consegne a domicilio. Nel locale sono presenti tre tipi di cucina: libanese, giapponese e poi c'è il reparto pollo fritto. Grande pulizia, ordine e bel metodo lavorativo. Ho assaggiato diversi piatti della cucina libanese e devo dire che sono rimasto colpito per la qualità e l'armonia dei gusti. Davvero ottimo, consiglio tantissimo il piatto vegano. Personale veloce, cordiale e attento. Se si cerca varietà e gusto non si può non provarlo....
