I was alone in Torino and came to this place by recommendation of a friend. I didn't have a reservation, but it was early and the waiter, Fabrizio, immediately set up a table for me. He made a great effort to explain to me the menu in Spanish (I don't speak Italian) and offer some conversation without being invasive. I took the tasting menu, which included a large selection of appetizers, all of them high quality and tasty, and the main dish, for which I chose the cruditá di carne; basically row meat, which was exquisite. I felt awkward as all I could interpret was “meat” which is fine for everyone but me. The server was amazing and modified the main course with grilled veggies.
