Pulled Factory | BBQ Sandwich — Restaurant in Turin

My husband and I were in Turin for vacation. We had been eating traditional Italian food during our visit but decided that we wanted to try the Italian take on pulled pork and chicken. I was hesitant but mostly because we can get pulled pork and chicken easily in the US. We try to branch out and try new things when we travel. I finally gave myself permission to try this because it was Italian BBQ. It anyone was going to take it up a notch, it would be the Italians.

I’m delighted to report that I’m thrilled that we went. We both had the Big Mike, my husband the classic version and I had the pulled chicken. It was excellent! The chicken was tender and extremely tasty. My husband says that the pulled pork was very good. We both felt that there was a great balance to the sandwich. It wasn’t just a lump of meat on some bread. That is very high praise as my husband makes his own pulled pork.

We also had the baked, not backed :), potatoes. That was an excellent side that was perfectly cooked and delicious.

The service was very friendly and their pride in their offerings was apparent and rightfully so. It wasn’t stuffy, just well done and hit the marks all...

Whatever you do please go out of your way to visit! The most delicious pulled pork sandwich I have ever tried. All the sauces and fillings are homemade and the chips are a delight - crispy, salty and fluffy inside.

They cater incredibly well for gluten free. Everything can be made gluten free and they use the most fantastic rolls (I believe their Schar baked ones but may be wrong) but man they tasted good with those fillings. I'm coeliac and had absolutely no issues with any of the food (IYKYK).

The owner was so friendly and helpful, taking time to explain the menu and provide details around the pork and how it is produced.

The music was an absolute highlight too - fantastic playlist!

Wish we could eat here every day but alas we're 700...

Pulled Factory | BBQ Sandwich is an absolute gem! The food is phenomenal – full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and a great change of pace from all the usual pizza and pasta. Every bite was delicious, and the prices are super reasonable too.

The guys working there are amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. We don’t speak Italian, but they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.
