Based on the good reviews and that the restaurant stands for Spanish food we decided to go there for dinner. We ordered the paella, as it being one of the signature dishes. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed in what we received. The white fish was fine but the shellfish and squid was way over cooked and even dried out after cooking. I don't know where to start... We came here by random and had one of our most wonderful and delicious dinners in life. The menu shows a perfect combination of italian and spanish food. The wine menu was really extensive, so we relied on recommendation - perfect decision! The service was excellent, we felt quite welcome right from the start. Unfortunately, my experience at Enoteca Giulia did not live up to expectations. I was particularly disappointed with the food, especially the patatas bravas and paella. The patatas bravas were nothing like the ones you find in Spain — it was like chips. As for the paella, it was extremely salty, making it almost impossible to enjoy.

Given the reputation of the restaurant, I had expected...
