I AM NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!LIKE NO NO NO! Because when i first entered the restaurant they grabbed me and took me to a table and it was busy then we wanted to order and it took 10 minutes to get to order. When we ordered it took our food 30 minutes to finish and guess what it took 30 minutes just for 4 pieces of sushi and when just wanted 4 forks it took 20 minutes just fir not ignoring me then when we were waiting the weather was soo COLD! I had to freeze and wait and just so you know the waiters kept giving us sushi that we did not order like image you ordered then the waiter gives your food to another person and they kept being slow and all the people were waiting just for there food even some of them LEFT! They kept ignoring us while we are trying to get our missing food. After 1 hour we got our missing food also the other were waiting too. By the way the only best thing was there was the fortune cookies oh and i forgot to tell you about the waitress there is 2 floors and only 3 WORKERS! 3 in the first floor and NO IN THE 2 floor and some of the workers went down to the 2 floor and left up stairs. We recently celebrated my niece Chiara's 18th birthday at Kaiseki in Varese, which was an outstanding experience. The restaurant amazed us with its freshly cooked dishes, bursting with delicious flavours. The abundance of delightful options on the menu paired perfectly with the warm and friendly staff, making the celebration even more special. The Maitre d', in particular, went above and beyond by adding a touch of sparkle to the occasion and surprising us with a scrumptious chocolate cake and sparkles. Siamo stati a pranzo di venerdì pomeriggio. e poteva andare decisimante meglio. rispetto al livello che aveva quando aveva appena aperto ormai resta solo un lontano ricordo. ma c'è da dire che rispetto ad agosto 2024 dove il cibo era di scarsissima qualità oggi la qualità era sufficente ma oggi il vero problema è stato il servizio. abbiamo prenotato e siamo stati tra i primi ad entrare ma tra gli ultimi ad uscire e non perchè abbiamo mangiato tanto anzi. ma andiamo con ordine. appena arrivati c'era una certa indecisione su dove metterci. nonostante la prenotazione. alla fine ci mettono in un tavolo da 2 aggiungendo una sedia (e fin cui ci può anche stare.) apparecchiano per la 3 persona mettendole le bacchette del takewai (quelle in legno mentre gli altri 2 avevano quelle in metallo) oltre a questo anche il piattino della soia era diverso. (ma va bhe non è il massimo però fin qui posso anche sopportarlo.) ma il problema peggiore era il servizio. credo sia stato uno dei servizi peggiori che ho mai visto. ordiniamo la zuppa e ci arriva mezza rovesciata sul piatto di portata, ordiniamo un misto di antipasti caldi e non arrivano. ci lasciano senza portarci neanche uno dei piatti ordinati per più di 25 min (e tanti piatti erano crudi) dopo aver sollecitato un paio di volte vedendo gente entrata dopo mangiare prima di noi hanno incominciato a portare un piatto ogni 15 minuti. tranne i famosi antipasti. dopo solleciti e tanta ma tanta attesa un cameriere ci viene a chiedere se avessimo ordinato altro. e ri sollecitiamo gli antipasti e ne arrivano un paio ma non tutti. arriva un altra cameriera chiedendo a che ora avessimo fatto l'ordine. li sul momento gli rispondo che in realtà mancano pezzi di più ordinazioni guardando il telefono con la lista degl'ordini e quando alzo la testa vedo che la cameriera era sparita torna dopo un pò con 2 piatti (uno che era già arrivato ed un altro che non avevamo ordinato) gli faccio notare quali erano i piatti mancanti corretti e mi risponde si ma la cucina alle 14:30 chiude. peccato che quegli antipasti li aspettavamo dalle 12 che eravamo entrati. ed i piatti nelle ordinazioni fatte anche dopo le 14:30 sono invece arrivati anche se troppo lentamente. inoltre ipotizzo che il problema non fosse della cucina ma della sala, perchè i piatti sono arrivati tutti freddi tranne gli antipasti che alla fine sono arrivati come ultime pietanze. nell'andare a pagare ci aspettavamo almeno un gesto come segno di scusa che ne so un digestivo offerto o uno sconto (qualsiasi cosa per far vedere almeno l'interesse verso il cliente. invece nulla addirittura neanche i biscotti della fortuna rispondendoci e purtroppo li abbiamo finiti.)

sono sinceramente deluso, anche perchè sono stato nella stessa catena a Tradate ma in comune hanno solo il nome. anche i menù sono diversissimi questo a Varese e limitatissimo. come sashimi e tartare c'è solo il salmone. mancano molte zuppe, e la qualità per quanto sia sufficente è comunque molto più bassa rispetto a...
